KATE, THERAPY ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATION has worked in administration and customer service roles for 18 years and has gained a vast amount of administrative skills along with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Kate has most recently worked within the healthcare supplies industry, providing administrative assistance, as well as customer service to clients both in person and via email and telephone. Kate has experience working with Home Care Package providers and clients requiring complex rehabilitation equipment, along with a wide variety of members of the community and we are sure that her experience and knowledge in this industry will prove her an asset to the Rehab Alive Team.
