ALEX MACK has worked as an Occupational Therapist since graduating from the University of Sydney in 2017. She is continuing her postgraduate studies and is working towards a Masters in Mental Health.

Alex moved to Tasmania after graduating and started working in residential aged care. She transitioned to a role in the Tasmanian Health Service, firstly working in the Alcohol and Drug Service then later as an inpatient acute occupational therapist at the Royal Hobart Hospital.

Community-based occupational therapy has always interested Alex. She reports that she feels privileged to have the opportunity to work with people in their own homes and to collaborate with them to ensure that they are able to continue to engage in activities that are meaningful and important to them.
